Jeremy L. McKinney

Attorney McKinney is a North Carolina board-certified immigration law specialist who has been exclusively focused on immigration and naturalization for more than 15 years. He has extensive experience representing clients before:

  • Board of Immigration Appeals
  • USCIS Administrative Appeals Office
  • Federal District Courts in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia
  • Courts of Appeal in Richmond, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois

Mr. McKinney also teaches immigration law at Elon University School of Law and remains active in several professional organizations, such as the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), AILA's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Liaison Committee, AILA's membership committee and the North Carolina State Bar Association's Specialization Committee.
